Who We Work With

Organizations that answer to a community, a board or a mission, led by people doing marketing off the side of their desk.

Indigenous Organizations

First Nations, Economic Development, Tourism

Brands for new ventures, tourism launches and community engagement, planned around Chief and Council, protocol and community approval.

Non-profits & Charities

Campaigns, Case for Support, Sponsors & Partners

A clear case for support, campaigns donors respond to, partners brought to the table, and someone to own communications between grant cycles.

Purpose-Driven Businesses

Launches, Growth and Impact You Can Report

For companies whose product or service makes a difference, from B Corps to clinics and clean-energy brands. Messaging that sells the product and shows the good it does.

Marketing Solutions Tailored to Your Mission

Five ways we help. Most clients start with a Fractional CMO and add project work as they need it.

Whether you need senior leadership, a brand refresh, a launch or a team that can run more of this themselves, we're here to help.

Senior Leadership for Mission-Driven Teams

Strategy, an annual plan and budget, team and vendor oversight, partnership and sponsor development. Available as an ongoing role or a one-time strategy project.

Brand & Design

Give your mission a name, a look and a voice

Brand strategy, naming, identity and key messages, plus the ongoing design work: annual and impact reports, event and tourism materials, presentations and social graphics.

Campaigns & Launches

Fundraising Campaigns, Tourism and Venture Launches

Campaign strategy, content and digital advertising for the moments that count, from a capital campaign to opening day.

Communications

Keep Your Community, Members and Funders Informed

Community engagement, newsletters, annual and impact reports, and announcements written in plain language.

Workshops & Training

Build Your Own Team's Skills

Hands-on training for staff and boards, with templates and plans your team can run on its own.

FEATURED WORK

Kiixin Tours,
Huu-ay-aht First Nation

The challenge: launch a tourism brand for Kiixin, the Nation's traditional capital village, that honours its culture and brings visitors.

What we did: listening sessions with leadership, brand strategy, marketing materials, brand guidelines and an implementation roadmap.

“Bold Ink was amazing in the work they delivered.”

Trevor Cootes, Executive Council, Huu-ay-aht First Nation

How we work

01
One partner owns it

Strategy, brand, communications and execution sit with one team, so you stop managing five vendors.

02
We plan around how you decide

Boards, councils, funders and community approval are built into the timeline from day one.

03
Clear words, real results

We turn mission language into plain messages people act on: visit, donate, buy, apply, support.

04

Senior marketing judgment for a small team, without a full-time salary.

"Partnering with Bold Ink ended up being the best decision we could have made. The entire process was filled with excitement and professionalism. We can never say thank you enough."

Billy Alexander, Chair
